So i decided to spend my MLK weekend having a shit ton of fun and as a result, did not get these posts done. Not only that, I hate the AFC as my dream match-up of the Patriots and Ravens was not achieved. So I got the NFC Match-up right, but f'ed the AFC one. Anyways, here's the top 25 goalies, including Sunday's stats. Ironically as I type this up, I'm watching a replay of the Capitals-Senators game.

Hot 5:
1. Corey Crawford - He had two shutouts before losing to Nashville after giving up only two goals. He hasn't given up more than three goals since he came back from injury
2. Ilya Bryzgalov - since he's gotten back consistently between the pipes, he's won his past three games and had a GAA of 2. Expect more to come!
3. Kari Lehtonen - since bombing to end the year, he hasn't given up more than two goals in any outing since! Four wins in his last five starts!
4. Pekka Rinne - He had five straight games where he only gave up 1 goal per game and won each of those, then he lost in Florida after giving up three, but rebounded against Chicago by giving up only two. He's been playing very well.
5. Roberto Luongo - Although he's been alternating with Cory Schneider, he's on an absolute tear. He's given up only three goals once and has won five of his last six while giving up one or two goals per game
Cold 5:
1. Jimmy Howard - I have no idea what's going on with this kid, he's hot, then he's not, then's he hot, then he's not. He's given up four goals three times in the past six games. Let him figure his mess out... he's been getting pulled as of late as well
2. Ondrej Pavelec - the thing with Pavelec is that he's been letting goals in left and right, especially in his last four starts where he's given up a total of 19 goals.
3. Brian Boucher - he's had some solid starts, and some not solid starts, getting lit up by Boston for six goals is one of those things you should worry about.
4. Brian Elliott - he hasn't won in his last eight starts.... nuff said
5. He was great as Backstrom's replacement... until he gave up four goals in back-to-back games and injured his hip... dump him...
Flying under the Radar.... Scott Clemmensen, Semyon Varlamov
