BCS Pick'em!

So here's the BCS Pick'em! it's five bucks from the four of us and the winner gets the pot of 20 bucks! Yes, it's really exciting because I devised a formula for how to score each game and it's going to be a lot of fun and I hope that more of you will do so next year. I hope we actually set up a system for this in the future as well, but we'll get to that when it comes. Anyways, ya'll already know Scott and Josh, I'm introducing Mat from the left coast! Here's how it looks right now, the picks will constantly be updated as news comes out on new games and etc. Also, the points are listed as well for those of you who want to play along and keep score at home! Of note, the point values are rounded to four decimal places. I have provided the other contestants in the league a spreadsheet with the exact numbers posted, they're actually really long. This is so that everyone can keep track. I will do my best to keep it updated in a timely manner! A lot of us were busy, so we'll fill out the rest of the picks over the weekend and have them up in time for the next day of Bowl games on December 20th.

So folks... it's that time of year... FINALS! Anyways, here's what my schedule looks like....

Monday December 12th - Project due at midnight
Friday December 16th - Exam
Monday December 19th - Exam

It's not really until after that exam on the 19th that I'll be good to update fantasy hockey rankings.

Also, I will have the football games listed this Sunday, stupid Dan McClain decided to send me his picks right before game time for each hour block on Sunday. We're going to have a BCS Pick'em. It'll be out of 100 and each game will get a certain amount of percentage points. I will have a special edition of fantasy hockey rankings probably Tuesday/Wednesday. The picks and updated rankings will be up on Sunday. Also just to let you know, Chris was the only one to pick the Browns

Thursday Afternoon Goalies - Week 9

As I look at the most recent rankings, one thing really jumps out at me. The Predators are overworking Pekka Rinne, and as a result, his performance has started to slip. I really feel as though he's still an elite goalie, but now, he's returned to be a top-5 goalie and not far and away the best goalie in the league.
